Our Specialty - Fried Catfish!
We've been cooking great-tasting fried catfish since 1994.
Since then, till now, we have given great attention to the quality of our fried catfish!
We start by serving only U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish, which allows for a clean and fresh flavor, without that fishy taste or smell!
Our catfish is then fried using our own corn meal breading that's mixed with a special blend of seasoning and spices that gives fried catfish that down-home taste!
