Our Story

We started in the food service business as Cooley's Catfish Shack.  For over 25 years, we have evolved from cooking fried catfish and tasty sides for family members, to cooking for special events and festivals.

Our delicious fried catfish has been featured at the Fort Worth Stockshow & Rodeo, Mayfest, Main Street Arts Festival, Texas Motor Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and the World Catfish Festival in Belzoni, Mississippi. 

We're also mobile!  Our 52 Chevy Kitchen food truck is equipped and ready to handle anything from special events, parties to family reunions.  

Our food truck menu include items like mouth-watering Ribs, Burgers, and of course, Fried Catfish!  

We do the cooking at the site of your event!
